Spacious presidential suite with decent amenities.
The jacuzzi was not functional and posed a safety hazard.

Incredible scenic views from the room.
This hotel is a complete disaster! Upon arrival, we discovered that the jacuzzi was out of order, which was one of the main reasons we booked the presidential suite. Additionally, the cleanliness was shocking. the bathrooms hadn’t been properly cleaned, and I found dirt and stains everywhere. I requested basic amenities like an iron and ironing board but had to wait forever, and when they finally arrived, it was missing the essential items. My experience was nothing short of frustrating, and I regret choosing this place.

A magical forest escape
Waking up to the sweet sound of birds and misty mountain views was enchanting. The staff, particularly Vijaylakshmi and Narmada, made us feel at home with their warm hospitality.
However, we encountered issues with the roads leading to the hotel.

The deluxe suite we stayed in was amazing, especially the private waterfall that was surprisingly beautiful and the delicious food prepared by the chef. The spa center and outdoor swimming pool were just what we needed to unwind after a long day of exploring. Just a heads up, the breakfast could use some improvement, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

would happily return
The deluxe suite was super cozy with a balcony and a stunning view of the jungle. Spa facilities were on point, offering a fitness center, steam room, and outdoor swimming pool. Staff was really friendly, especially vijayalakshmi and rafik from the welcome desk who made our check-in smooth. The drive to the resort is scenic but it's remote with no shops nearby. Food could be better, but everything else was great!

The facility is amazing—gorgeous glass and wooden decor, a pristine pool, and a relaxing nature walk to a nearby waterfall. We loved chilling in our Presidential Suite that was spacious, making our stay super comfy. A standout moment was enjoying the grilled chicken sandwich, hands down one of the best meals ever!

We had a fantastic time at this resort! The lush surroundings made for an amazing adventure, and the kids loved playing in the children's playground. The highlight was definitely hanging around the bonfire in the evenings for some cozy family fun.
My kids wished the play area was better maintained.

The resort features stunning glass and wooden decor. The pool is pristine, perfect for relaxing afternoons. My family enjoyed the spacious Presidential Suite. it was comfy and well-appointed for our stay. Nature walks to the nearby waterfall were a highlight, offering a refreshing escape. Dinner was a pleasant experience, with good food and a lovely atmosphere. However, the breakfast options fell short. it lacked variety and freshness. The long and bumpy road to the resort was inconvenient, making access difficult. We encountered slow service at the restaurant, and cleanliness could be improved. Tables weren't cleaned promptly, and there were flies around, which detracted from the dining experience. The staff, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed and unable to address all guest needs quickly. Overall, the beauty of the location and the spacious accommodations were delightful, but some attention to service and dining quality would enhance the experience significantly.

A Relaxing Escape with Room for Improvement
Our family enjoyed a spacious Presidential Suite with stunning views, but the maintenance issues were disappointing. The service was hit-or-miss, and we found ourselves wishing for more dining options. Don’t miss the nature trails nearby, as they are the highlight of this stay!
